The representatives from project GoSmart BSR took part in The Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme Conference in Lubeck on April 9-10, 2019. The conference gathered people responsible for allocating EU funds as well those who are using them by implementing projects in the region, making it more innovative, better accessible and more sustainable. The theme of the conference was „Let’s talk about achievements!” Project Coordinator prof. Wiesław Urban and Joanna Godlewska from Bialystok University of Technology, and Isabel Sünner from Hamburg Institute of International Economics (HWWI) gave a speech about the GoSmart_BSR project on parallel session about smart specialisation, where partners from several projects pitched their projects to an expert panel. The pitchers focused on explaining how their project fosters integration for a more competitive Europe. The discussion provided detailed insight into what has already been achieved and what is to come, and it can help projects better understand what is still needed to be more successful.
GoSmart BSR also participated at the Interreg Baltic Sea Region photo competition. There were 3 photos submitted from the project and by public vote they won in the category “Cooperation”. Congratulations!!!
