GoSmart BSR is part of the BSR S3 Ecosystem. This new INTERREG Baltic Sea Region project will have its first kickoff meeting on September 4-5, 2019, in Stockholm. BSR S3 Ecosystem will provide a platform for best practices and interregional policy learning in the area of smart specialization (S3). The platform will establish a Directors’ Network driven by a core group of frontrunner regions, including Hamburg, who have committed themselves to strengthen the Baltic Sea Region’s strategic orientation towards S3. “GoSmart BSR will actively contribute to the platform with Hamburg Institute of International Economics (HWWI) being a part of the new project”, says Isabel Suenner, Head of International Cooperation at HWWI.
