This short survey is dedicated to the EEN Members, especially those from the Baltic Sea Region, who are interested to develop advanced innovation brokerage services for SMEs using the Transnational Innovation Brokerage System (TIBS) approach. TIBS services have been launched under the EU-Interreg project GoSmart BSR in 2019 and are being expanded and supported by a new IT-tool in 2021under the extension project GoSmart&Excel BSR.
