Potential Lithuanian stakeholders for the GoSmart BSR project, representing governmental institutions, SMEs, higher education and research institutes, as well as active public organizations and movements, have gathered in Vilnius for the opening meeting to establish possible joint actions regarding smart specialisation strategy and find the best options for ensuring sustainable and effective cooperation on generating success for Lithuanian SMEs.
